Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position provides administrative and invoicing support to Client Facing Brokers by efficiently producing binders, invoices, and related documentation, while also sending closing documentation to the appropriate parties.

We will count on you to:

Process and produce invoices, fee transactions, and finance requests, ensuring accurate documentation.

Manage pre-renewal and new business processes, including premium and adjustment calculations.

Maintain up-to-date computer system records and follow up on current and outstanding documentation.

Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.

Prioritize workload to meet individual SLA, KPI, and quality targets while processing complex transactions and resolving escalated matters.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company quality practices and policies for professional development.

What you need to have:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience with 2+ years in a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and capable of interfacing with colleagues at all organizational levels.
