Job Summary:

We are currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity as an Invoicing Supervisor supporting our Mid-Atlantic Platform. As an Invoicing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance industry practices, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent leadership skills. 

Responsibilities:

Oversee the direction of team daily tasks and processes to accomplish all posting of Platform invoicing.

Oversee daily Invoicing data tasks & transacting as needed.

Oversee team metrics to ensure efficiencies and coordinate workload of the assigned Invoicing team.

Oversee formal & hands on training of the Invoicing team.

Provide & communicate feedback of processes to respective Manager.

Manage & approve team time off requests & needs.

Oversee issue resolution of team daily processes & Invoicing processes.

Supervise, review, and development of Invoicing team.

Oversee performance review process of team with Manager.

Oversee onboarding of new Platform Partner for applicable invoicing.

Oversee monthly and quarterly audit procedures for assigned team, ensure remediation steps are completed, and process improvements are implemented.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to supervise and motivate a team. 

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze complex financial data. 

Shows initiative to complete work without the prompting of others.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Platforms Partner, Policy Servicer and internal stakeholders. 

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. 

Maintain scheduled 1x1’s

Equipping team members with further knowledge and resources for further growth and advancement.

Education/Experience:

3 years insurance or agency accounting experience, preferred

Strong understanding of agency accounting functional and system expertise, required (Applied Epic, Workday.)

Administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Productivity Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Accounting degree or equivalent experience, preferred
