What this job involves –
In this role, you will be joining the JLL Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) team. As an IOC Global Monitoring Engineer, your main goals will be to:
Monitor and provide real-time support for multiple systems to global account teamsPartner with IOC regional support and site teams to provide active solutionsAnalyze data from various connected systems including HVAC, lighting, inspections, and other sensors.Provide troubleshooting expertise and develop actionable solutions.Assist site teams in their digital transformation journey.Assist in systems and operations journey by maintaining systems and aiding with progressing towards proactive maintenanceContribute to JLL's delivery of operational excellence.Work with the global IOC team and site teamsThis position requires a mind-set to actively search for patterns or clues within large amounts of data and to use all available tools.

Duties & Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities cover the following high-level areas:
Operations & Analysis
3rd shift (12am-8am) IOC monitoring to support global IOC or specific sites when needed.Analyze alarms for urgency, repeat patterns and opportunities for solutions.Ability to communicate with various global and site teamsAbility to utilize all available tools and source new tools. This can include areas to help overcome communication barriers, local system upgrades, operational insight, etc.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to resolve them efficiently.Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of alarm data.Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.Build strong relationships with site teams to maintain effective communication, improvements, and innovation.Develop and deliver new ideas to enhance the capability and positive impact of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC).Work closely with the global IOC team and other site JLL teams to share best practices, align strategies, and ensure consistent service delivery across different geographical areas.Systems & Technology
Maintain a strong level of knowledge and understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related systems.Willingness to learn new systems and have an agile mindsetUtilize various software tools for tasks including language translation.Demonstrate proficiency in using Desigo CC and willingness to learn other BMS systems.Understand how Remote Desktop Protocols (RDPs) work and their application in remote system management.Reporting & Documentation
Generate reports and documentation to track and communicate alarm trends and performance.Key Performance Measures
The performance in this role will be evaluated by several indicators, including:
Efficiency and effectiveness of alert identification, structure and reporting according to the IOC ManualResponse times for active alerts and effect of site support providedContribution to process improvements and innovations.Feedback from site teams and cross-functional collaborators.Level of collaboration and knowledge sharing with global and regional teams.Sound like you?
