We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an IOT Testing Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in manual testing across various domains. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manual IOT Testing Manual Data Testing and Manual Accessibility Testing. This role requires proficiency in testing tools and frameworks as well as experience with Test Maturity Models (TMMi). The position is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Should have experience in leading a team for a Kronos Dimensions application testing and working in cross functional team Should be proficient in Spanish language and can work with cross functional teams. Required Skills Technical Skills- Jira ALM Confluence Domain Skills- Retail WMS ECOM time and material applications Technology Functional Testing API testing Manage day to day activities, manage customer expectations, manage delivery and execution create and send daily status reports lead in DSR and WSR triage calls. Work with Vendors for the Delivery and Issue Triage. Lead the testing efforts for various software products and platforms ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality results. Oversee manual IOT testing processes to ensure the reliability and functionality of connected devices. Provide expertise in manual data testing to validate data integrity and accuracy across different systems. Conduct manual accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and improve user experience. Implement manual cloud testing strategies to verify the performance and security of cloud-based applications. Utilize Test Maturity Models (TMMi) to assess and improve the testing processes and practices within the team. Develop and execute test plans for web applications ensuring they meet the specified requirements and standards. Generate detailed test metrics and reports to track progress identify issues and communicate results to stakeholders. Manage testing activities using SNOW, Rally, HP ALM and Jira to ensure efficient and organized workflows. Apply knowledge of testing tools and frameworks to enhance the testing process and improve overall efficiency. Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate the integration and functionality of business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software products. Provide basic programming support to enhance testing scripts and automate repetitive tasks. Ensure that all testing activities align with the company's goals and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Manual IOT Testing Manual Data Testing and Manual Accessibility Testing. Have experience with software products packages and platforms including manual cloud testing. Demonstrate proficiency in Test Maturity Models (TMMi) and web application testing. Be skilled in generating test metrics and reports and managing testing activities using SNOW Rally HP ALM and Jira. Have a solid understanding of testing tools and frameworks and manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA). Possess basic programming skills to support testing activities. Experience in Reverse Logistics Retail and Inventory Management & Control
