About this opportunity:
We are now looking for an IP/Cloud Integration Engineer, who will be analyzing, solutioning, customizing and delivering the integration of a Node / network / system and platform solutions for our North American customers. As part of the role, you will be responsible for Integration, execution, and coordination of the IP/Cloud projects to ensure that the services provided to customers are timely, on cost and on scope. What you will do:
Participate in customer projects, including the definition, management, and verification of solutions, analyzing the customer's processes, organization, and requirements.Prepare write technical documents (Method of procedure, High-Level documents, Migration study, and testing documentation).Secure the technical functionality and quality of deliveries.Share competence and knowledge with development teams, including mentorship, competence building and coaching of teams.Coordinate and support the configuration/development and Integration Team.Hands-On for Trouble-Shooting and problem-solving for development, installation, configuration, integration, testing, and Launch activities.Play an integral role in advancing delivery and exceeding customer expectations.Keep abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence build.The skills you bring:
To have a business level of English B2-C1 or equivalent.5-7+ years of overall experience working in IT/Telecom industryExcellent troubleshooting skills working with HTTP(S), TCP/IP, REST API, BGP, OSPF, ISIS and other Internet protocols.Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRPHands-on experience in Cloud Networking, L2/L3 networking protocols, Firewall and Load balancers knowledge. Good knowledge on Cloud & Virtualization conceptsJuniper JNCIA/JNCIS/ CCNP certificationHands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Juniper and Extreme Switches and RoutersWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
