IP Lawyer An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IP Lawyer with 2-4 years PQE to join a dynamic team in the City of London. This role is ideal for someone eager to work on a diverse range of IP matters. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with partners on high-quality work, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their intellectual property rights. - Engage in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution and complex IP agreements. - Handle various intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and confidential information. - Manage tasks related to pre-action correspondence, case management, and preparation of witness and expert evidence. - Work on R&D and collaboration agreements, IP licenses, assignments, and IP due diligence. Qualifications: - A dedicated IP lawyer with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters. - Completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice is preferred. - Experience in one or more areas of intellectual property rights, with a willingness to engage in all aspects of IP. - A STEM background or a strong interest in science and technology is particularly welcome.
