IP Migrations Capability Delivery Manager


Consults and develops for highly-complex network configuration file, capacity planning, network interface analysis, and provide overall engineering support Drives process, product or service improvements that create competitive advantage Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services Defines process and standards Strategic Design and dimensioning of customer network Describe evolving use-cases based upon future technology Significantly contributes towards service development / portfolio development Proactively supports pre-sales teams during RFI/RFQ phase.

Good working knowledge of the Nokia Migration Capability Build Framework.Proven track record of delivering Migration Capability or pre-sales responses to agreed timescales and budgets.Proven track record of delivering pre-contract proposals to Nokia customers Ability to liaise with customers various teams including Sr management.Knowledge of telecoms architecture and acceptance testing best practices.Strong communication skills, working in a structured, formalized, environment.

It would be nice if you also had end to end large scale program delivery experience.

 

The IP transformation Capability Lead will be responsible for setting up and managing large scale complex programs delivery excellence across global accounts.
•   Set up the process and resource plan for complex migration projects and ensure delivery quality
•   Coordinate the design, automation, and migration readiness stream and report to the program board until FOA migrations are completed
•   Assure that solution designs are coordinated in alignment with SOW and customer expectations
•   Handover the project to the Services delivery manager or technical project manager with a proper plan
•   Ensure that the capability build plan aligns with the overall program plan and objectives
•   Monitor the progress of capability build activities and adjust as necessary
•   Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
•   Ensure that project documentation and deliverables are complete and of high quality
•   Manage scope control, project planning and scheduling of resources against agreed work packages.
•   Ensure the project fulfils agreed strategic, time, quality, and budget expectations and targets
