岗位目标:

生产过程的监控及现场操作的合规控制，保证各项操作的关键点受控，保证生产过程符合公司要求；

岗位主要职责：

合规:

及时指出任何违反合规性的操作和事件，并及时向上级经理汇报。
日常操作职责：

执行商业化生产过程中的日常巡检工作，对生产现场、环境、生产设备、电子化系统的应用等因素进行监控；及时发现现场的不符合项并跟踪整改情况
负责一次性产品生产工艺过程监控，包括关键步骤检查，最终产品的100%检查和产品标签和证书确认。
在洁净室内工段的批记录预审核来确保记录RFT满足要求。
负责袋子质量问题的收集。
与生产团队合作负责现场问题及时反馈和采取立即行动来降低产品质量风险。
主管安排的其他工作

改进

通过维护RFT的基础目标/交货时间和持续改进，实现卓越运营。
通过日常工作识别改善机会并参与项目，从而持续改进产品质量和效率。

岗位能力素质要求：

大专及以上。
5年制药，医疗设备或生命科学质量经验
具有良好的沟通、问题解决能力
英语能力，阅读和书写
熟悉电子系统工具.
