The IPM/Fertigation Technician will work closely with the Flower/Fertigation Manager and IPM/Fertigation Leads to ensure the health and productivity of our crops. This role reports to the Flower/Fertigation Manager.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IPM/Fertigation Technician to join our indoor cultivation team.
Schedule:Technician 1: Sunday - WednesdayTechnician 2: Wednesday - Saturday
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
IPM:Assist with scouting and monitoring: Aid the IPM/Fertigation Leads in inspecting plants for pests and diseases.Learn to identify common pests and diseases and report findings to the Leads or Manager.Assist with the placement and monitoring of pest management tools like sticky traps.Support IPM activities: Help prepare and apply pesticides and biological control agents under the guidance of the IPM/Fertigation Leads.Train to independently spray foliar feeds, pesticides, and drenches as needed.Follow all safety protocols and instructions when handling IPM materials.Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area to minimize pest and disease pressures.Fertigation:Assist with fertigation tasks: Help prepare nutrient solutions according to provided recipes.Learn to monitor and adjust pH and EC levels of irrigation water and nutrient solutions.Assist with irrigation system maintenance and operation.Support fertigation activities: Help with the organization and inventory of fertilizers and other supplies.Record fertigation data as directed by the Leads or Manager.Flower Production:Perform various cultivation tasks as assigned by the Flower/Fertigation Manager, which may include: Watering, pruning and defoliating plants.Trellising and supporting plants.Harvesting and processing plant material.Maintaining a clean and organized grow environment.Other duties as assigned to support the cultivation team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Some experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred, but not required.A strong interest in cannabis cultivation and a willingness to learn are essential.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Strong attention to detail and observational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Physical Demands:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.Ability to work in an indoor cultivation environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
