Tasks include evaluating health, identifying issues, creating care plans, and tracking treatment responses. Help patients navigate their healthcare safely. Use knowledge of needs to prevent issues. **Essential Functions of the Role** + Prioritizing patient and family needs is crucial. Responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Adjust as needed. + Making a safe place for patients, families, staff is vital. + This includes maintaining confidentiality and voicing patient concerns when necessary. + The successful candidate will manage learning for patients and families. They will help nursing staff grow.
