You’d be responsible for:

Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation systemAccurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation systemManaging employees and oversee production in the fieldEnsuring a safe environment for other workers and vendors, clients and for all employeesOperating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to all regulationsEnsure that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issuesReporting any problems with job site or equipment immediatelyDemonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture 

You might be a good fit if you have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation

 And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

Strong work ethicKnowledge of blueprintsEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environmentBilingual (Spanish) Irrigation certification
