Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $78,500.00 - $93,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to serve as a business and systems liaison with internal business lines, IT partners, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance for IRS Information reporting for retail and commercial customers.
Essential Functions
Organize and schedule annual IRS reporting activities for LOBs supporting retail and commercial customers (non-Trust)
Coordinate and support the timely and accurate filing of federal and state information
Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual preparation, scheduling, and reporting activities to meet IRS reporting requirements
Act as resource for stakeholders to collect information, organize research, answer questions, and drive the resolution of issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess changes to workflow and technology to determine impact on IRS information reporting
Respond to changing information, reporting regulations, and business needs with agility
Stay current on IRS Information Reporting laws and regulations through collaboration with Finance, Legal, and LOBs
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in IRS Information reporting and compliance
Maintain project and process documentation
Communicate activities, status, and progress up and down the organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Ability to analyze, research and provide recommendations to problems as needed
Knowledge of IRS information reporting regulations and ability to read, understand and interpret written regulations
Ability to work on higher complexity projects and assignments independently or as part of a group
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years experience in IRS information reporting compliance and planning required
3+ years Project Management experience required
