IS Service Owner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process. The work model for the role is: #Li_hybridThis role is contributing to the ABB Process Automation Data and Analytics Department in Poland. Main stakeholders are PA Divisional Data Leads.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tProviding business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.•\tCollecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.•\tApplying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.•\tConducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.This position reports toIS Service Owner

Qualifications for the role

\tYou enjoy working with Data & Analytics \tYou have 2 years of experience in Financial Data Modelling, Data Controlling and RFP process\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Data Modeling tools.\tYou are passionate about self-organization and communication\tProven experience of 2 years in financial data, RFP, data modeling tools and ITIL.\tYou are at ease communicating in English
