Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to understand the business needs expressed towards a particular project or service in order to best translate them into functional specifications. You will be collaborating with the development team to deliver solutions matching the business needs and fitting in with the business processes supported. The work model for the role is #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:• Cooperates with Business stakeholders on establishing scope and product backlog;• Translating business requirements into technical specifications;• Performs solution analysis for product;• Capable of operating within cross-functional teams, while effectively engaging with stakeholders to deliver the solutions that support business needs;• Supports Operational Manager in the incident and problem planning and resolution when business or functional verification is required;• Validating developed solution;• Gathers feedback from stakeholders and users, perform UATs;

Qualifications for the role

Master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or related technical field; Minimum 3 years business\\functional analyst experience; Previous experience with solutions related to financial operations or data analysis tools will be preferred; Practical experience in requirements analysis, management and change management; Strong interpersonal skills; Creative approach to problem solving; Excellent communication skills
