Job Role and Expectations:

Reporting to the Regional IS Manager, you will be responsible for/to:

Perform Helpdesk functions and provide support to end users for day-to-day issues with regards to systems and applications they use, troubleshoot basic issues related to Printers, Network device, connectivity.

Proficient in all aspects of Windows, including Windows 10 & 11, Azure, and Intune portals.

Manage IT asset and tagging and ensure IT Asset List is up to date.
Participate in Global Project implementation, deployment, and post deployment.

Proficiency in database design and management, including MSSQL databases and develop reports according to regulatory & user ad hoc requirements by SQL, etc.
Ensure Server, Network and System access security on a day-to-day basis.

Application of Windows Patches on a Monthly Schedule and ensuring Server stability after deployment.

Network processing, centralized and distributive network connection, including Installing, configuring, and administering network technologies

Active directory management, NTFS security, disk quota management, printer server management.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and VCenter.

Well understanding of Bridging and switching concepts and LAN technologies, basic

Configuration & VLAN setup on Cisco Switches and SDWAN Routers.

Willingness to work outside of Office hours based on Serve\Network Requirements as part of Regional/Global Initiatives

Work Split and Cross Functional Requirements:

As part of Local IS team we try to ensure that associates get all round exposure to various technologies and able to cross skill and support other areas based on Requirements.

30% - Server and Network Administration and support on going Global Initiatives and enhancements.

40% - Be able to support Desktop teams for day to day end user functions.

30% - Understand Internal Applications and be able to provide support for any activities pertaining to that.

Requirements:

1 - 3 years of relevant working experience, Tertiary Qualification in related field.

Knowledge on Windows Server, Network, Security administration.

Solid experiences of MSSQL and EXCEL for reports development.

Experience on Python, .net framework, VBA/VBScript is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual with good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Customer Service oriented

MNC background is an advantage
