IS Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India, Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnd To End Accountability for ERP Applications Operations & Maintenance. •\tProvide support on new topics from RUN perspectives (new processes, new business stakes) •\t Ensure high availability and performance for applications in production at optimized costs, according to the business needs •\tParticipate in Projects Go-Live planning as a gate keeper to ensure operational readiness, prepare transition to run •\tCoordinate with Partners, Services Performance Team, Business Users for Incident, Problem and Change management •\t Act as point of contact for escalations whenever there is a need for and/or manage conflict •\t Drive the level 2 and level 3 support activities for his portfolio of applications •\tControl performance through KPIs, with Operation Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement, ensuring they are met by the partners •\tOversee day-to-day services solutions for good health/stability with partners

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in any specialization( Ex- Business Administration, Information technology, Finance& Commerce & Engineering). \tMinimum 5+ years of relevant of Service Management/Operations experience in handling external Partners and managing the maintenance support activities. \tSAP Functional/Technical Experience/Knowledge is required for the role\tITIL certification is mandatory\tExcellent Communication & Presentation skills needed– written \tExcellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem \tSupplier management experience desirable \tDriving performance and service quality for run activities for Engineering Applications \tPartner ecosystem management - Manage partners for Run activities compliance with Quality & Service Agreements \tTransition Management- Secure hand between build and run activities
