IS Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Function in Buenos Aires, Argentina.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDefining the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, and interaction with the existing systems.•\tProviding solutions and resolutions for all application issues through performing numerous tests, investigations, and analyses.•\tBuilding, designing, examining, and implementing well-organized and structured IT applications to meet business needs.•\tAssisting in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

Degree in information technology, Information systems or related fields.You have 5 years of experience in information technology, or similar roles, working with SAP.You are immersed in SAP, sales order processing, and billing. Also you are highly skilled in understanding the tax system of Argentina.Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP and tax management systems (including how taxes are calculated and processed in Argentina).You are at ease communicating in English fluently, with Portuguese being desirable.
