Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.The work model for the role is Hybrid in Cleveland, Ohio, or Cary, North Carolina.You will be mainly accountable for:• Requirement gathering: Collaborate with HR Stakeholders in the areas of Time, HR and Pay-roll to understand processes, design functional solutions that are in line with HR Business needs, while staying consistent with the application architecture.• Accountability: For proactive analysis, configuration, testing, implementation using the setup Data Manager and end user Support. • Testing: Collaborate with the Testing team to develop test scenario’s, scripts and conduct functional SIT testing to validate system functionality against business requirement.• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts.• Manage Defect resolution including assessing and resolving critical Kronos\\UKG Pro configuration Issues in a live, operational environment.• Must be a Critical thinker and Problem Solver• Support technical and functional design, documentation & training for multiple integrated systems.• Leading workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements. Identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Qualifications for the role10+ years of relevant information technology experience with 5+ years of HR level experience,5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Kronos WFC or UKG Pro. Proven experience as a Business\\Functional Analyst lead with a focus on Kronos WFC or UKG Pro Implementations with extensive knowledge in UKG \\Kronos entire Pay structure including Pay Rules, Work Rules, Pay codes, adjustment rules, holidays etc., in addition to Device Configuration and Integration. Problem solving skills with demonstrated curiosity to understand how and why a problem or issue exists. Experience in developing test scripts and leading testing efforts for complex environments. Familiarity with integration tools and middleware, particularly UKG Pro Boomi. Exemplary communication skills specifically in communicating complex/technical projects information to a wide business audience. Proven experience working with remote teams and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Functional knowledge on Kronos WFC or UKG Pro. Boomi Integration certification an asset. Basic knowledge in Workday HCM and modules. UKG Advanced Scheduling Certification is ideal. Knowledge of Workday, SAP or other Time Keeping systems is an asset. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
