Kforce has a client that is seeking an IS Functional Endur Business Analyst in Houston, TX. Overview: We are seeking a tech-savvy, collaborative Business Analyst to join a cross-functional Information Services team supporting a dynamic Energy Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Endur ETRM system, experienced in energy trading environments, and passionate about delivering value through technology. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the SME for Endur ETRM, supporting system configuration, functional enhancements, end-user support, and training. * Collaborate across front, middle, and back-office teams to support trading operations for physical and financial commodities * Handle deal modeling, risk metrics, pricing models, curve management, and EOD batch job processes * Manage and enhance functional support documentation, testing plans, and continuous improvement initiatives * Deliver new functionality based on evolving business requirements, including integration with analytics tools and market data platforms * Participate in change management and incident/problem tracking processes
