Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you are responsible to lead the solutioning activities and provide subject matter expert for all business applications within the Procurement & Logistics domain. Through applying a broad IS technology knowledge and expertise you will support strategic business programs and the continuous digitalization needs across ABB’s Business Areas and Divisions. Your role involves solving the challenging topics related to both legacy applications and transformation to strategic platforms. The work model for the role is #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the IS project team and IS operation team from all Business Areas in Bangalore and will be reporting to IS Procurement Digitization Service Owner.You will be mainly accountable for:• Own the SAP Ariba Commerce Automation end to end solution and ensure the solution is robust and scalable across ABB business divisions.• Lead change management board activities and collaborate with business champions and process owners to continuously improve system usability and customer satisfaction.• Understand Business requirements and assist in developing designs that leverage the best practices embedded within Ariba applications. Lead the configuration, testing and deployment of Ariba solutions.• Provide support in Ariba Commerce Automation and Ariba Business Network. • Coordinate with other Functional leads, external Vendors and Project team for integration requirements within SAP Ariba applications.• Supporting ARIBA Commerce Automation releases including documentation.• Support ITGC and other compliance requirements and ensure solution designed and developed enables compliance measurement, monitoring, and improvement activities.
Qualifications for the role8+ years of cumulative working experience with 5+ years of experience with SAP solutioning, functional/technical design or development is required. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Information system, engineer, finance, business management or equivalent program is required. Experience on SAP C/4 HANA. Exposure and hands on experience to enables the exchange of purchase orders, order confirmations, shipping notifications, goods receipts, service entry sheets, and the electronic processing of invoices and credit memos in Commerce Automation. Exposure and hands on experience for Ariba Network to automate the exchange of purchase orders, order confirmations, advance shipment notifications, service entry sheets, and invoice documents between buyers and suppliers. Proficient in written and spoken English
