This position reports to

IS Hosting Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

•Identify and execute Infrastructure Projects with local and global IS teams•Manage the IT Infrastructure service deliveries to meet service level agreements•Install and test new versions, investigate and coordinate the resolution of potential and actual service problems•Execute, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed !\"\" Group guidelines•You will proactively take role in IT Delivery services in the IS Infrastructure and Hosting/Servers Services for support the•Installation, management, maintenance, and optimization•Identify and execute Infrastructure Projects with local and global IS teams•Assist to Operation and Administration of the physical and virtual servers according company’s procedures•Preparing & participating in weekly service report meetings•Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions•Run all Data Center operations, maintenance, monitoring and virtualization•Execute, security patching of physical and virtual servers

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree from the related field such Computer Engineering or Information Systems,5 years’ experience in IS Infrastructure (servers management, data center management) , ideally in customer support,Excellent English written and spoken communication skills,Excellent knowledge of MS Office,The ability to manage multiple demands, working with cross-functional, virtual and international teams,Project Management,A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach,Strong knowledge of Network Architecture \"WAN, LAN\",Preferably certified VCP, CCNA,Preferably knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems,Preferably knowledge of Hypervisor platforms,Preferably knowledge and experienced Storage management,Preferably knowledge and experienced Backup Units and Backup software,Ability to work independently and within a team environment,A passion to learn and keep up with the latest technologies,Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change,Hard working, proactive,organizational and having multitasking skill,No restiriction to travel,Driving license (class B),Should be a good team player and should be able perform under stress.
