Make it your story.Your role and responsibilities 1.\tResponsible for overall system and infrastructure availability for Process Automation Businesses in India.2.\tSupports the installation and implementation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing Information Systems (IS) solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.3.\tEnsure Manufacturing and LAB Excellence: Supports manufacturing and LAB environments, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation and multiparty complex engagements.4.\tBe involved in the management, maintenance and optimization of IS Business Infrastructure.5.\tDeliver bespoke consultancy helping IS teams or management to solve IS infrastructure, security and network problems of various scope and complexity.6.\tCollaborates with Consumer Experience and Domains structure to define, optimize and review: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and all processes related to domain service delivery and operation.7.\tResponsible for day-to-day execution of IS Domain service operation delivery through IS CX and SDM, escalation and relationship management. Incident management for ensuring service restoration within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization.8.\tResponsible to act in compliance with Corporate and PABA IS Regulation and IS Policies with ABB Regulations and ABB Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned.9.\tPeople leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally with/without carrying line responsibility10.\tLiving ABB’s core values of courage, care, curiosity and collaboration

Qualifications for the role

\tExtensive hands on experience in the area of IS Infrastructure operations.\tDeep understanding of IT, OT and ET infrastructure is preferred\tCompetence in spoken and written English.\tCultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural.\tBe a committed team player.\tPrevious experience of managing large and diverse IS Infrastructure teams.\tExperience of IS business performance and requirements management. \tHave an attitude of ‘Get the things done’\tB.E/B.Tech in Computer science with 10+ years of relevant experience in infra (IT,OT & ET).
