Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.The work model for the role is: #LI- #HybridThis role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Globally. You will be mainly accountable for:• Expertise in implementation and maintenance of monitoring solutions in a distributed setup (e.g. Checkmk, ScienceLogic, ELK, Nagios, etc.)• Expertise in OS (Windows, Linux) related concepts, Virtualization, Database, Storage and backup solutions• Troubleshooting experience related to monitors / service checks setup in the tool for respective technologies• Good scripting skills – PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.• Basic working knowledge of AIOps (Moogsoft, BigPanda, ServiceNow) and Cloud platform (MS Azure, AWS, GCP)• Passionate about Consumer Experience (CX)• Strong communication skills •Experience with best-in-class monitoring, data analysis, and visualization tools

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred. Above 5 years of relevant experience 2 years of experience in technical solutions for monitoring Strong communication skills Experience with best-in-class monitoring, data analysis, and visualization tools Deep understanding of consumer needs MCSE, RHCE, VCP or any other technical certification preferred Any certification related to monitoring tools will be good to have ITIL and Lean Certifications will be good to have
