IS Global CX Analytics Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered applications & includes designing and building AI interfaces, services, constructing AI-enabled infrastructure, and evaluating AI systems. Machine Learning Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI capabilities into a wide range of products and services.The work model for the role is #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification in IS Services . You will be mainly accountable for:- Running E2E development cycle of AI solutions based on the business requirements - Following best software development practices to ensure high quality product and adherence to design objectives - Evangelizing ABB and internal team on potential opportunities in AI- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, service owners to build products end-to-end on key initiatives

Qualifications for the role

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computational or Applied Mathematics, or related areas (preferably with machine learning specialty)Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT environmentExperience in Application Development, Model Development, Infrastructure: Prompt engineering, Context construction, Inference optimization, Dataset engineering, Compute management, Data managementExperience with AI infrastructure, such as cloud platforms and containerization (Docker)Development experience: Azure AI Studio/Open AI, Hugging Face, .NET Framework, API Management & Azure infrastructure (AWS/GCP optional
