IS Operations Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area – Distribution Solutions Division.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring that application meets business objectives and fulfill end-user requirements•\tBeing accountable for the resolution of issues which have or might have a major impact on the relevant IS application•\tSupporting team in case of problems as well as delegating tasks and assigning priorities•\tBuilding strong relationship with business representatives and support teams•\tMaking sure that existing knowledge storage is up to date•\tDefining and coordinating delivery of improvements to the quality of the application/service and keep it aligned with the business needs•\tMonitoring agreed SLAs•\tManaging delivery of projects and/or tasks in agreed timelines, budget and quality by utilizing various internal delivery teams in ABB, as well as external 3rd party suppliers•\tPerforming project management and administration tasks including building and maintaining project plans, reports, risk log, project repository, etc. and communicating status to key stakeholders•\tEnsuring compliance with Information Systems project frameworks and processesOur team dynamics:You will join a dynamic, high performing and collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive.This position reports to:IS Operations Lead

Qualifications for the role

Degree in Computer Science or related field You are experienced in managing global IT applications and working with IT Service Management concepts Ability to demonstrate independence, discipline, and work under time pressure Have established skills in both Waterfall & Agile methodologies Have knowledge of MyService and Azure DevOps tools You are at ease communicating in English
