IS Hosting Operations Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.The work model for the role is: #Li-remoteYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tActing as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all aspects of Capacity and Availability Management•\tActing as SPOC for all aspects of Direct Access Management•\tCollaborating with suppliers to ensure adherence with process, contributing to increasing process maturity•\tEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and internal policies related to Access ManagementThis position reports toIS Hosting Operations Lead

Qualifications for the role

You have minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management Possess an enhanced knowledge of ServiceNow Platform You are passionate about Infrastructure Hosting concepts and technologies Proven experience of working in multi-vendor multi-national environment You are at ease communicating in English
