Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the continuous improvement and harmonization of IS Functional Technology Services governance by supporting service strategy coordination and driving service and project portfolio to deliver business value, overseeing financial performance, reporting procedures and consistent communication to enable stakeholder engagement and proactively managing interfaces within IS Functional Technology Services and drive consistent and sustainable service delivery standards.The work model for the role is #LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Services Globally. You will be mainly accountable for:- Establishing, maintaining, and executing the Management Operating System (MOS) for IS Functional Technology services, to drive high performance and efficiency of the services in scope- Coordinating all the cross-departmental initiatives and overseeing the Project Portfolio- Overseeing any transformation and transition activities required to keep the service delivery models adequate to ABB Way and customer’s needs- In collaboration with the Finance team, driving simplification, optimization, and automation of the overall management, controlling, and reporting of financials for the IS Functional Technology Services- Collaborating with the IS Functional Technology Services leadership to create a high-performing culture and keep the employee engagement.
Qualifications for the roleMaster's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.Above 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT services or equivalentProven experience in Compliance, Finance, Organizational Development, Operations, Project Methodology, and GovernanceExperience in operating model, organizational development and IT governanceProven experience in Financials management and controlling. Strong leadership skills and solid expertise in project managementExcellent resource planning and task management skills. Outstanding influence skills to drive transformation activitiesProven ability to prioritize customer and consumer needs for a successful outcome. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projectsInternal controls or Compliance related operational experience. PMP, Prince 2, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, and/or ITIL certifications are a plus
