Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services globally.You will be mainly accountable for:Program-Planning • Oversee and manage the entire project-planning-cycle to include planning and execution, consider relevant gates, monitoring and delivery of all technology-tower projects, ensuring they align with the global program objectives when it comes completeness, milestones, financials, dependencies and consistency. • Close collaboration when it comes to program-management-office and technology-tower-lead to focus on program-changes, updates and impacts on planning and or deliverables Risk and Issue Management • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent project delays or failures • Develop contingency plans and manage escalations effectively Performance and Quality Assurance • Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of projects within the program • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements Technology Advisory Project • Collaborate with Divisions to understand current applications setup (processes, data, integrations) • Support to shape PA’s future interim and target architecture • Understand new S/4 HANA capabilities (features and functions) as well as simplifications and how to integrate into a new system setup/landscape based on business requirements • Consults business solution design/divisions when it comes to new S/4 HANA capabilities
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred) \t15+ years of program management experience in a global IS environment \tCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are advantageous\tAbility to deliver projects within a program on time, within scope, and budget while achieving the intended business outcomes. \tEffective communication with a culturally diverse workforce across different time zones
