Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary:** The IS Provider Liaison is an expert in Epic and ancillary application areas affecting providers and other clinical staff and is responsible for training and supporting said users as it relates their use of IS tools by assisting with adoption and optimal use in various clinical settings. The IS Provider Liaison will work closely with the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer team, Instructional Designers, and Application Analysts to keep up to date on curriculum and workflow changes affecting the areas they support and provide feedback based on their experiences while supporting users. **Other information:** **Required Job Qualifications:** • Epic Certification(s) and continued maintenance of said certification(s) • Bachelor’s degree required • Proficiency with technology and commonly used programs • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Minimum of five years of Epic experience in training and/ or support roles • Excellent problem solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills **Preferred Job Qualifications:** • Familiarity with adult learning theories • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, MD or other healthcare **Disclaimer:** The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. It is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities or requirements. **Responsibilities:** • Support providers and other clinical staff in their use of information technology • Review and respond to help desk tickets and support line calls from end users • Assist application and training teams with help desk ticket resolution • Collaborate with Epic Analysts and Instructional Designers to ensure materials and workflows are up-to-date and accurate • Participate in an on-call rotation for provider support calls • Provide elbow support for providers during classroom training, optimization sessions, and rounding in clinical areas • Participate in the support of new implementations • Complete other duties as assigned Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
