Your role and responsibilities

In this role, Your role will be to orchestrate both development and maintenance of Legal and Integrity services. You will have an opportunity to participate in transforming and optimizing BAU (business as usual). The work model for the role is #Li-hybridThis role is contributing to the IS services in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for:• Translates strategic decisions from Legal & Integrity and ABB IS into tactical IS objectives• Responsible to design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer’s expectations.• Managing the team (approx. 10 internal people) which provides IS services in the area of Legal and Integrity • Being responsible for planning and consumption of the budget (approx. 5M USD) • Being a global owner (main focal point for business stakeholders) of solutions and systems that are based on various technologies – SaaS, cloud solutions and in-house applications• Manages multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimize the cost.• Ensures work in the delivery department is compliant with corporate IS, any other applicable ABB regulations (internal and external) and guidelines, and especially ABB IS guidelines and directives that deals with IS service delivery

Qualifications for the role

Minimum 10 years of experience in IS area, especially within application and system lifecycle, IS Service Delivery, Service Management and IS Project Management. Proven experience (min. 3 years) in managing external vendors in the managed services model. Bachelors or equivalent degree in IT field Experience in managing teams of experts and SMEs. Fluent in IT Service Management - ITIL 4 foundation certification and other ITIL and/or Lean certifications desired. Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English. Service-mindedness with good organizational, time management and decision making skills.
