Connectivity Design and Build Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the design and build, compliance, integrity and quality of Connectivity solutions and of associated Connectivity services delivered to Business, Support Functions and IS Technology domains as the case may be. Responsible that the Connectivity solutions/services are compliant with company standards, policies, design principles and provide the required functionality and meet the cost expectations of business.The work model for the role is #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:-Defines the technical IS solution and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications/systems through cooperation and collaboration across IS solution architects and IS delivery units.-Engages in requirement engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and for which functionalities workarounds are accepted. Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Manager and/or Global IS Domain Architect. -Review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications. -Consults the users to identify and learn about current procedures and to clarify further requirements. -Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of all IS processes related to the area of responsibility.-Provides guidance to IS project management and IS delivery unit team in how to utilize IS application/solution standards effectively
Qualifications for the role10+ yrs of experience in computer networks design, development, and implementation.Bachelors or equivalent degree in IT.Proven track record of creating solution designs and leading implementation teamsProven track record of technical background in computer networks design, development, and implementationIndustry recognizable certificates in Computer Networks area is a mustAbility to consult service line management with technical adviceAbility to direct and to drive an external/vendor team of expertsDeep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operationsDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous deliverablesEnthusiasm for making the technology experience enjoyable and productiveStrong communication skills, ability to listen, advise, empathize, explainPassion for new IS Technologies and digital automationUnderstanding of project and product management
