Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.The work model for the role is Onsite in Phoenix, AZYou will be mainly accountable for:1. PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up, and peripheral installation.2. Configure and manage MFPs and printing solutions including large MFP devices (Xerox, Sharp), Label Printers (Zebra), and small use laser printers (HP).3. Ensure Manufacturing Excellence: Supports manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation. Pertains to full time employees. 4. Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.5. People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.6. Configure and manage MS Surface tablets, and scanners. 7. Support and repair two-way Motorola radios. 8. Audio and Visual. Tv’s, projectors, audio system, and speakers. 9. Networking routers, switches, racks, UPS battery backups, and data lines.
Qualifications for the roleMinimum 5 years’ experience in an enterprise End User support role.Experience working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of 0365Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server InfrastructureExperience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred.Extensive Windows 10/11 knowledge and support experience.Experience in programming or scripting in an IT environment preferred.Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
