Minimum requirement of a Bachelors degree. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience at an expert level of performance. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to work evenings nights or weekends as needed. Works varied and flexible hours in order to implement solutions at the convenience of the customer. Must be available and accessible 24/7/365.
