Provide application and technical support to all departments for different information Systems.Assist in coordinating information systems technical activities with 3rd Parties towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests to the newly implemented template solutionMaintain up-to-date documentation as a reference point for the Team.User support and problem-solving related to all SystemCreate testing scenarios, recording test results and related data for all IS projects or changesLearn and be able to research new technologies to suit needs and requirementsCreate a Power BI dashboard regarding defined KPIs.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably, in Computer Engineering (Software), or Industrial Engineering.At least 3 years of relevant work experience.Working experience in a software company is an advantage.Experience in ERP implementation projects.Familiarity with Different Enterprise solution software.Experience in each business process will be an advantage (finance, management accounting, sales, logistics, material management, procurement, and human resource management).Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
