IS Systems Administrator
Th e IS Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the companys information systems infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment, including servers, networks, and applications. + Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field + 3-7 years related experience DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES : + Manage user access, roles, and permissions across all systems, ensuring compliance with the principle of least privilege. + Implement and oversee identity and access management solutions. + Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other security controls to safeguard access to critical systems + Monitor network and system activities to detect potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches. + Configure and maintain security settings on servers, networks, and applications to reduce vulnerabilities + Manage and apply patches and updates to all systems in a timely manner to mitigate security risks + Implement encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and other protective measures. + Administer and optimize security tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, antivirus solutions, and data encryption platforms. + Monitor security logs and analyze data to detect unusual activity and potential threats. + Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, recommending and deploying new tools as needed. + Performs other duties as may be assigned.
