Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. You will report directly to our Director, ISC Operations and you'll work the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am, out of our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. The annual base salary range for this position is $73,400 - $91,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
