ISC Production Supervisor-2nd Shift

As an Aerospace ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be accountable for managing a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. With your strong leadership skills and expertise in production management, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a 100% onsite work schedule.
Shift Hours for this role is 2:00pm - 10:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and supervise a team of production workers to meet production targets and quality standards
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce waste
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards in the aerospace industry

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience with lean manufacturing ethics and continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of aerospace regulations and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
