ISC Production Supervisor - 4th Shift

As a 4th Shift ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AEOC), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the production operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality aerospace products. 

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES 

•\tManaging operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.  
•\tDeveloping and executing strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency. 
•\tMonitoring production schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and taking corrective actions for timely delivery. 
•\tCollaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve operational issues. 
•\tPromoting lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement.
•\tConducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, coaching, and training. 
•\tDeveloping and maintaining SOPs, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
•\tAnalyzing production data and proposing data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
•\tManaging inventory, material flow, and supply chain optimization. 
•\tEnsuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe working environment. 
•\tFostering teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
•\tCoordinating with engineering for new product introduction and process improvements. 
•\tLiaising with vendors for timely material delivery. 
•\tPreparing and presenting operational reports and KPIs to senior management. 
•\tLeading cross-functional projects for operational excellence and strategic goals.
•\tStaying updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation. 
•\tManaging budget and resource allocation for efficiency. 
•\tEnsuring compliance with quality management systems like ISO and AS9100. 
•\tFostering employee engagement, development, and recognition. 
•\tUpholding company values and ethical standards as a role model.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in production management or a related field    
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a production team    
• Knowledge of production processes and best practices     
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 
• Experience in the aerospace industry 
• Lean Six Sigma certification
