Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the timely and high-quality production of aerospace technologies, contributing to the overall success of our business.
