As a 3rd Shift Fabrication Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production operations during the night shift. You will lead a team of production workers and ensure that the fabrication processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve monitoring production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality. You will report directly to our Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our Freeport, IL Plant 1 location. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our fabrication operations. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and customer expectations are exceeded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage the production operations during the night shift
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality
• Train and mentor production workers to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
