As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your strong leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence will be key in ensuring the success of our production operations.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location.

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the timely and high-quality production of aerospace technologies, contributing to the overall success of our business.

This job posting is for a weekend shift, the hours for which are 6:00 AM to 6:00PM Friday-Sunday.

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n2 years’ experience production / manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of production processes\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\nBachelor’s degree strongly preferred\nExperience in the aerospace industry or in circuit card assembly highly desirable\nSupervisory/people leadership experience preferred\nStrong work ethic\nSix Sigma Lean manufacturing experience is a plus\nUnderstands the use of various office software products and a working knowledge of the shop floor control system for build processes\nMust exhibit team leadership skills and understand team dynamics\n\n
