ISC Specialist Sr – Operations & Finance (Americas Region)

Support operations and manufacturing teams across the Americas region. Enable cost transparency, drive productivity, and support long-term planning through financial analysis, dashboarding, and collaboration with site and finance leaders.
+ **Operational Performance Analysis**
Analyze manufacturing-related costs, align financial data with KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights, and partner with site leaders.
+ **Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning**
Support annual planning, headcount and capacity calculations, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, contribute to cost evaluations, and deliver cost bridges.
+ **Data Analysis, Visualization & AI Integration**
Perform data analysis, build dashboards using Power BI, implement AI-driven forecasting and automation.
+ **Productivity & Cost Control**
Drive productivity initiatives, standardize cost control processes, harmonize cost analysis, and support finance & operations leaders.
+ **Deep understanding of manufacturing site operations**
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
Collaborate with finance and operations teams, assist in modeling and business cases, and support improvement initiatives. Provide support to the functional teams in the creation of dashboards.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ **Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
+ **Experience**
5–7 years in financial/operations analysis, preferably in manufacturing and Supply Chain within the Americas region.
+ **Technical Skills**
Knowledge of KPIs and cost structures, financial modeling, ERP systems, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools.
+ **Soft Skills**
Analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation abilities, and ability to manage priorities.
+ **Culture Fit**
