Enable cost transparency, drive productivity, and support long-term planning through financial analysis, dashboarding, and collaboration with site and finance leaders. + **Operational Performance Analysis** Analyze manufacturing-related costs, align financial data with KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights, and partner with site leaders. + **Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning** Support annual planning, headcount and capacity calculations, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, contribute to cost evaluations, and deliver cost bridges. + **Data Analysis, Visualization & AI Integration** Perform data analysis, build dashboards using Power BI, implement AI-driven forecasting and automation. + **Productivity & Cost Control** Drive productivity initiatives, standardize cost control processes, harmonize cost analysis, and support finance & operations leaders. + **Deep understanding of manufacturing site operations** + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Collaborate with finance and operations teams, assist in modeling and business cases, and support improvement initiatives.
