The Director Project Pursuit and Strategic Accounts North America is responsible for building sales strategy and alignment to differentiate the Isolation Valves offering on strategic project pursuits and with Strategic Accounts. This will require working closely with our sales channel to gain alignment on developing and implementing strategies. You will balance team members and customers to achieve success.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic Vision Build Strategic Accounts and Project Pursuit organization to increases value to internal and external partners Strategic Account Management Develop and implement strategic account qualification criteria Influence control valve specifications and buying behaviors at Strategic Accounts Introduce and drive adoption of products/technology at Strategic Accounts Identify and lead technology and business partnership opportunities at Strategic Accounts Align Isolation Valves initiatives with customer initiatives to increase value Implement processes to track, document and communicate successes across customer sites Develop structure and process to regularly update the business on Strategic Account activity and business needs to grow the accounts Project Pursuit Leadership Work across North America with Industry Sales to supervise and segment all KOB1 projects, project pursuits $2M dollars and larger Provide quarterly updates to the executive management team on KOB1 dynamics and impact to the business Work with North America project pursuit leaders to align SOP and timing of project bookings Develop project pursuits strategies and alignment across North America to increase hit rate on strategic pursuits Participate in all KOB1 DOA preparations with the North America sales teams and project pursuit leaders Identify training needs to increase differentiation on projects, and implement plans to upskill the sales channel Who You Are: You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You set daring goals and have high standards.For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or related field 15+ years of technical sales experience and/or account management Ability to travel 50-60% of time Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
