ISP Proposal Manager
**A Snapshot of Your Day** The Initial Spare Parts (ISP) Proposal Manager organizes and participates in internal and external alignment meetings along proposal and execution phases of Generation New Unit and Service Projects covering spare part-related topics until final hand-over to the respective execution teams. The successful candidate will screen project specifications and requirements to prepare related calculations & contract documents and communicates with internal colleagues to exchange project experience, shares best processes and will actively participate as a Lean Practitioner! **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Coordinateall the efforts of the team such as organization of coordination meetingsto ensure that the team is on track to deliver spares lists per agreeddates or contractual obligations. + Developthe scope of Spares List and related Proposals for domestic and overseas projects with larger focus on domestic projects. Preparation ofappropriate proposal cost and margin analysis, bid approval (LoA Process)and handover documentation as required by Sales/ Project Management atdifferent stages during sales/ project implementation process + Processparts order and quotes in SAP PD2 and KSP to meet project timelines. + Managementof the project handover process for the spare part portion to projectexecution in the Region and Business Unit. + Workwith global portfolio of customers and internal stakeholders. **What You Bring** + Engineeringdegree or equivalent experience in a technical field + 5+years of experience in the areas of project/ proposal management isrequired, experience in the field of power generation is preferred. + Passionateabout supporting the energy industry to improve energy efficiency andcontribute to decarbonization. + Focused,organized, and receptive to other people opinions and views, ability toanalyze and collaborate efficiently with teams + MSExcel, MS Windows, MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus + Demonstratebusiness insight and ability to work independently as well as lead projectspecific teams for spare part proposals Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
