Issue Manager
**Job Description**
The Issue Management Analyst works as part of the Issue Management Team to analyze, track, manage, and drive resolution of issues and process improvement initiatives across all business segments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work with stakeholders to facilitate the development of remediation plans, drive issue resolution and manage tracking of issue related activities within the issue management tool
+ Identify stakeholders of the work effort, how they are impacted, and what their needs and roles are to effectively engage in the effort
+ Super user of issue management tool providing assistance and training for users across the organization
+ Assess capability gaps, determine solution options and approach, and define solution scope
+ Prepare for, conduct, and document elicitation sessions using a variety of techniques (Interviewing, requirements workshops, reviewing existing documentation, Observation, brainstorming, etc.)
+ Assess the proposed solution for alignment to business needs, requirements, and impacts to operations, processes, technology, vendors, partners and clients
+ Assess organizational readiness to make technical, operational and behavioral changes needed to make the effort a success, including assisting in implementation communications and training
+ Other duties as assigned
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 2 years of work experience in business analysis and/or process improvement
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

**Additional Qualifications**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated experience in facilitating business process improvements
+ Proficiency in basic office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
+ Ability to manage several activities concurrently
+ Drive to deliver results
+ Demonstrated curiosity and quick learner
+ Knowledge of business analysis tasks, activities, techniques, and requirements process
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PBM/health care experience
+ Business unit/domain knowledge of business unit the position is supporting
+ Experience managing issue resolution process
+ Experience with administration of a web based tool
**Physical Demands**
+ Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
+ Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
+ Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
