The Issue Management Analyst works as part of the Issue Management Team to analyze, track, manage, and drive resolution of issues and process improvement initiatives across all business segments.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to facilitate the development of remediation plans, drive issue resolution and manage tracking of issue related activities within the issue management toolIdentify stakeholders of the work effort, how they are impacted, and what their needs and roles are to effectively engage in the effortSuper user of issue management tool providing assistance and training for users across the organizationAssess capability gaps, determine solution options and approach, and define solution scopePrepare for, conduct, and document elicitation sessions using a variety of techniques (Interviewing, requirements workshops, reviewing existing documentation, Observation, brainstorming, etc.)Assess the proposed solution for alignment to business needs, requirements, and impacts to operations, processes, technology, vendors, partners and clientsAssess organizational readiness to make technical, operational and behavioral changes needed to make the effort a success, including assisting in implementation communications and trainingOther duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required2 years of work experience in business analysis and/or process improvement Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience in facilitating business process improvementsProficiency in basic office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)Ability to manage several activities concurrentlyDrive to deliver results Demonstrated curiosity and quick learnerKnowledge of business analysis tasks, activities, techniques, and requirements process

Preferred Qualifications

PBM/health care experienceBusiness unit/domain knowledge of business unit the position is supportingExperience managing issue resolution processExperience with administration of a web based tool

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
