Principal Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practicesAnalyze IT governance structures, and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITSM best practicesProvide subject matter expertise, act as ITIL process advocate to design, develop and implement ITIL processes with the platform of customers choicePerform / Participate as a team member in ITSM assessment studies, including ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 20000 to evaluate and improve existing practices and identify key operational measurements to use for process improvementsFacilitate client workshops and conduct interviews to drive stakeholder consensus on requirements and solutionsTo identify process improvement areas and drive CSI projectsConduct process trainingsPro-actively manage risks, and stakeholder expectationsUnderstand ITSM tools like ServiceNow/Remedy and work with the corresponding development teams to support the ITSM implementation programProcess Management and Project Coordination
Assist and contribute in development of project plans and milestonesPerform as a team member or team lead as necessary to instruct, assign, review the work of other team membersReports status to management as necessaryMentors and coaches other team members, facilitates individual team member development of technical, functional, and industry skillsPossess excellent oral and written communication skills and work without much supervisionExperience:
Minimum of 5 years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management; At least 3 years of experience  with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools as an advanced user
Knowledge of the ITIL v3 service life cycle and ITSM best practicesPractical experience with agile methodologies/tools, ITIL process implementation, Driving/working part of CSI projectsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe solutions with a business focusExperience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teamsInteracts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares informationFlexibility to travelEducation, Training or Certification
BS or Equivalent Experience in Computer Science / Information System ManagementITIL v3 Foundation Certification requiredCertifications Preferred:
ITIL v3 Intermediate certificateKnowledge of COBIT, ISO 2000, or CMMIKnowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practicesProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationAdministration certificate on any ITSM tools like ServiceNowMinimum years of experience: 5+
