支持和管理本地IT基础设施, 支持本地业务数字化转型, 为RBHP本地用户提供IT workplace相关服务

Support and manage local IT infrastructure, support local business digital transformation, and provide IT workplace related services for RBHP local users

Roles and Responsibilities

Interface between local users and central departments for different infrastructure topics as servers (virtual and physical), storage, DBs, routers, switches, Access Points etc.React to IT incident on IT Infrastructure, and support investigation, measures and prevention.Work with plant IT in Manufacturing representative (Local-ITM) in term of IT in Manufacturing activities.Close contact w/ customer, conduct or coordinate the business needs fulfillment.Provide IT consulting service to internal customer in office area.Support in local small IT activities or central rollout projects in scope of BD/SLP-CE2. Day-to-day support and administer IT workplace service (ITFM computer, MPS printer, IT spare parts).Support IT cost management and optimization.Support BCSC Software operation and maintenance.日常支持IT基础设施如服务器（虚拟和物理）、存储、数据库、路由器、交换机、无线接入点等，并承担本地用户和中央IT部门之间的接口，提供方案满足本地用户部门需求。应对IT基础设施的故障事件，并支持调查、措施和预防。与生产区域IT部门合作，支持生产区域IT业务。与用户部门保持紧密沟通，了解和分析IT需求, 协调IT产品部门或者解决方案部门实现交付。为办公室用户提供IT咨询服务。支持本地IT活动或项目实施。日常支持和管理IT硬件包括计算机、打印机、IT备件。支持IT成本管理及优化。支持自研软件运营和维护。

 

职位要求Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (information technology preferred) 5+ years IT relevant working experience in international enterprise.Experience in LAN implementation and administration of switches, routers, firewalls, servers and DB.Experience with ITIL-Processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management)Highly motivated, target oriented and able to work independently.Strong communication and presentation skills.Good in English writing and speaking.Project management experience is a plusCisco CCNA certifications is a plus.Coding (RPA, Python, etc) skill is a plus.Experience with HTML5/JavaScript(front-end technology) is a plus.Experience with Java/MySQL/redis (back-end technology) is a plus.学士学位或同等经验（信息技术优先）5年以上跨国企业IT相关工作经验。具有局域网实施和管理交换机、路由器、防火墙、服务器和数据库的经验。熟悉ITIL 流程（事件管理、问题管理、变更管理和配置管理）积极主动、目标明确且能够独立工作较强的沟通和表达能力良好的英语写作和口语能力。项目管理经验优先思科CCNA认证优先。编码（RPA、Python等）技能优先。熟悉HTML5、JavaScript等前端技术优先。熟悉Java/MySQL/redis等后端技术优先。
