Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop business in an important banking client which has a strong level of hiring external consultants
• Manage client relationships effectively, prospecting for new opportunities and presenting the adequate proposals
• Take an active role in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting new opportunities, scheduling interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates
• Review offer letters to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Degree or diploma in Management, HR or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment and Business Management.
• Previous experience managing the commercial relationship with BNP Paribas is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Previous experience onboarding consultants from outside of Portugal is a plus.
• Results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong ambition and empathy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including fluent English speaking
