IT Administrative Specialist IThe IT Administrative Analyst will work within the IT Team to provide administrative support for Niagara’s HQ office and plants.Understanding of financial concepts including but not limited to budgeting, variance, forecast, and ROI.Ability to independently gather required information to organize and perform financial analysis assignments.Proven ability using spreadsheet and database software for financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.Manage IT department budget and forecast under the guidance of Sr. IT Leaders.Create, monitor, and track department purchase orders.Create, monitor, and track annual Software and Hardware maintenance schedules and costs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office productsAbility to work in fast paced, dynamic environment collaboratively with a cross-functional team.Assist in the production of key documents including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, and process documentation.Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to communicate and interact at executive and junior levelsQualifications
